A Super Duper Birthday Card

I made this card for my son-in-law’s birthday. In my mind, I was thinking about a superduper ice cream scoop!

The scoops of ice cream and the cone and the clear envelope, and the designer series patterned paper ,are Stampin’ Up! products, but the sentiment is not. I ordered artificial sprinkles off of Amazon.
